Regarding the masturbation itself - masturbation is a normal, self-pleasuring activity that most human beings (and many animals, as well) participate in. It is good to know your body, your sexual response cycle and how to pleasure yourself. This knowledge is an essential part of sharing your sexuality with a partner as well.

Men's Sexual Health: Masturbation
Masturbation Introduction:
Masturbation refers to touching one's own genitals for sexual pleasure. It is a normal, healthy behavior that most people do at some point in their lives (male and female) – although some never do. It is normal if a person does, and it is normal if a person chooses not to masturbate. Masturbation, even frequent masturbation cannot harm a person physically or psychologically, unless it affects normal, daily functioning (for example, if someone were to stop going to work just to stay home and masturbate). Masturbation can teach people how their bodies respond to sexual stimulation, and they can share this information with a partner to enhance their sexual relationships. Men who experience premature ejaculation or erection difficulties can use a variety of masturbatory techniques (such as the stop/start technique) to resolve them. This channel deals with these and other issues relating to male masturbation.

So today we’ve busted a myth about the fact that masturbation is healthy, it’s not unhealthy, so a little bit of masturbation or maybe not such a little bit of masturbation, as long as it’s not interfering with the rest of your life, is a good thing for you and it’s not something for you to be worrying about. So if it’s something that you have worried about, stop worrying.
