Bilateral soft tissue mammography and sonography of bath breasts:
Technique:
Craniocaudal, Mediolateral with Complementary sonography high resolution Transducer 7.5 MHz.
Both breasts revealed:
* Normal nipple, areola, skin and subcutaneous fat.
* Glandular tissue element is more prominent than fatty tissue element, on sonography prominent fibro glandular tissue element.
* Multiple nodularities of both breast parenchyma.
* No evidence of micro or macro calcifications.
* No evidence of duct ectasia.
* No evidence of intramammary lymph nodes.
* Bilateral small reactive lymph nodes.
Impression:
Bilateral fibroadenosis.
